Our Team

Since Devan founded Empire in 2016, he has served as its President and CEO. His technical expertise and production-oriented approach have been instrumental in leading us through significant growth and industry changes over the past ten years. He has consistently distinguished himself from others with his ambition, attention to technical details, and a go-getter mentality, in addition to his innovative management style during his nineteen years in the telecom industry. Early on in his career, he gained a wide range of experience in fulfillment, engineering, construction, and customer-facing positions. He continues to contribute to the success of his employees and customers by managing complex budget situations and leading teams involved in large technical projects. Also, Devan is a 5X CEO and the President of Clay Youth Athletic Association Inc., a non-profit organization located in North Florida, where he supports young athletes participating in youth tackle football, flag football, and cheerleading. Fishing, the outdoors, traveling, and multiple sports are some of his lifelong passions, but football is his favorite.
