Our Team

Devan has been Empire’s President and CEO since he founded it in 2016. Technically minded and production-oriented, he has led us through significant growth and various industry changes over the last eight years. During his seventeen years in the telecom industry, Devan has always set himself apart from others with his ambition and attention to technical details, he has a "go getter" mentally, and an innovative management style. He quickly gained broad experience in fulfillment, engineering, construction, and customer-facing roles early in his career. His unusual ability to manage complex budget situations and lead teams involved with large technical projects, continues to contribute to the success of his employees and customers. Devan is also the President of Clay Youth Athletic Association Inc, located in North Florida, where he volunteers, and gives back to the community, and supports young athletes participating in youth tackle football, flag football, and cheerleading. He has a life-long passion for fishing, the outdoors, traveling and multiple sports with football being his favorite.
